Account & Data Deletion Request

MAXSTATS respects your right to privacy and data erasure. Pursuant to Google Play Store requirements, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Art. 17), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal and athletic data at any time.

Important Notice: Active Store Subscriptions

Deleting your MAXSTATS account will NOT automatically cancel active subscriptions billed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Because subscriptions are managed directly by your operating system store account, please cancel any active recurring subscriptions directly in your device store settings to prevent future charges.

Option 1: In-App Self-Service (Instant & Automated)

If you have the MAXSTATS mobile application installed on your device, you can delete your account immediately with real-time automated verification.

Open Profile: Launch the MAXSTATS app and tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Open Settings: Tap the Settings gear icon in the top right corner of your profile screen.
Select Delete Account: Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page and tap Delete Account & Data.
Confirm & Verify: Review the consequences, check the confirmation box, type DELETE, and verify your credentials.

In-app deletions execute immediately. All workouts, photos, and personal data are permanently purged without waiting periods.

💡 Want to keep your workout history? You can export an archive of your records anytime in the app under Profile > Settings > Export my data prior to deletion.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, submit a deletion request below. Our automated system will register your ticket, verify account ownership via email, and permanently purge your records.
